01 Agreement
These terms are between you and Concrete Coating Group, a business based in Eloy, Arizona, United States. They cover concretecoatinggroup.com and every subdomain we run, everything we publish on them, and every free resource we give you.
By using the site, submitting a form, downloading a resource, or accepting anything we send you, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
02 What we actually do
Concrete Coating Group is a marketing infrastructure company for concrete and epoxy coating contractors in the United States. We sell two things.
- Fractional CMO. We act as the outsourced marketing department for a coating company. Ads, Google ranking, CRM, automation, speed to lead, database recapture and reporting, run under one roof by us, instead of by five separate vendors you have to manage yourself.
- Pay Per Appointment. We generate and confirm appointments and put them on your calendar, and you pay for appointments.
The exact scope, deliverables, fees and term of any engagement live in the separate written agreement you sign with us. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the signed agreement wins.
We are an independent contractor. We are not your employee, your partner, or your legal agent, and nothing here creates a partnership or a joint venture.
03 Earnings disclaimer
This site shows real proof. Bank statements. Screenshots of owners telling us what happened. Confirmed appointments landing on real calendars. Case studies. Revenue figures, including these:
Every one of those figures is real. Every one of them is also a specific result, achieved by one specific business, in one specific market, at one specific point in time, with that operator running his own crews and closing his own jobs.
These results are not typical, they are not average, and they are not a promise, a projection or a guarantee of what you or any other business will earn. We do not know what you will make. Nobody does.
What you earn depends almost entirely on things that are not ours to control:
- Your market, and how much demand and competition sit in it
- Your offer and your pricing
- Your crews, your capacity, and your ability to actually deliver the work
- Your close rate, and whether you show up to the appointments we book
- Your speed to lead and how you run your own follow up
- Broader economic conditions
- How much work you are genuinely willing to put in
So, plainly: we make no guarantee of any specific income, revenue, profit, appointment volume, close rate, lead cost, ranking position, or result of any kind. Any figure, screenshot, testimonial, case study, statistic or number appearing anywhere on this site, in the playbook, in our ads or in any of our materials is an illustration of something that has already happened for somebody else. It is not a prediction of what will happen for you.
Testimonials and endorsements on this site come from real clients describing their real experience. They were not paid for their statements. Their results are their own and yours will be different.
If you are not prepared to do the work, do not buy anything from us. We would rather you kept your money.
04 Eligibility and applications
- You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be the owner of the business you are applying for, or authorized to act for it.
- Submitting an application is not an offer, and it does not create a contract. We can decline anyone, for any lawful reason, without explanation.
- We work with one coating company per market. Applying does not reserve your market, hold your spot, or give you any claim on it.
- Everything you put on an application must be true. If you misrepresent your revenue, your business or your identity to get onto a call, we can terminate immediately.
05 Intellectual property
Everything we publish and everything we hand you is ours. That includes the Operator's Playbook, The A.I. Stack, our funnels, our ad creative, our scripts, our SOPs, our diagrams, our systems, the Cortex OS platform, and every word and image on this site. It is protected by copyright and it stays ours.
When you download something free from us, or receive materials as a client, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non transferable license to use it inside your own business. That is the whole license. Nothing more is implied.
You may not:
- Resell, license, rent or distribute our materials
- Republish them, in whole or in part, as your own
- Use them to build, run or market a competing service to coating contractors
- Remove or obscure our branding
- Feed them into any system in order to reproduce, clone or resell the offer
Concrete Coating Group, Cortex OS, and our logos are our trademarks. Do not use them without our written permission.
Your side stays yours. You own your own brand assets, your own customer data, and your own content. Nothing here takes any of that from you.
06 Acceptable use
Do not:
- Use this site or our materials to break the law
- Submit false information on any form
- Submit somebody else's name, email address or phone number
- Submit a phone number you are not authorized to give consent for
- Probe, overload, scrape, attack or reverse engineer the site, the forms, or the systems behind them
- Upload or transmit anything malicious
- Impersonate us, or imply an endorsement or association we never agreed to
- Harass our team
We can suspend or cut off access to anyone doing any of the above, at any time, and we do not owe you an explanation first.
07 Third party services
This funnel runs on tools we do not own, including Cloudflare, GoHighLevel, Twilio SendGrid and Meta. If one of them goes down, is slow, or changes its own rules, that is outside our control and it is not our liability. Their terms govern their services.
Links from this site to anywhere else are for convenience. They are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for what sits on the other end.
08 No professional advice, and no warranties
Nothing on this site, in the playbook, or in any of our materials is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. It is marketing and business education. Take your own professional advice before you make a decision that matters.
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Concrete Coating Group and its owners, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, and are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business or lost opportunity, arising out of or connected to your use of this site, our materials, or our services, even if we had been told such damages were possible.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected to this site, our free materials or a paid engagement is capped at the greater of: the total amount you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.
Some states do not allow certain limits on liability. Where that is the case, these limits apply as far as the law allows, and no further.
10 Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Concrete Coating Group and its owners, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or cost arising out of your misuse of this site or our materials, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anybody else's rights.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or out of your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stays in force.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. If a change is significant we will say so rather than bury it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
